The PLANTZ team is committed to safety – safety at our shop, safety on the road, safety in customer accounts, and safety at home with family. To that end, our entire staff recently went through a day-long program covering everything from snake bites to CPR to the use of AEDs (of course, that’s an Automated External Defibrillator). Many thanks to Dan and Donna of Wishart Safety Training for conducting an informative and fun session.
To cap off the hot summer day right, we also held our annual bowling championship. For the second year in a row, it was won by Lyle Green who rolled an incredible 241 in the championship round. Steve Stanford finished a distant second with a 202 – both were personal bests for Lyle and Steve. The 2015 champion, Keith Lindquist, had a rough day with a high round of 116. Ouch. The ladies were led by Lori Snow with a 152.
Our team is now prepared for both plant and human emergencies. And, if all else fails, with just roll with it.
